NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS
- Passenger manifest is required for all intl inbound flights.
- Slots of vko-3 is strictly required
- From 15 jul 08 the following rules will put into operation:
- In case of delay 06-24 hrs starting from allocated dep time from vko, acft parking will amount a double rate totally.
- In case of delay 24-72 hrs starting from allocated dep time from vko, acft parking fee will be a triple rate totally
- In case of delay 72 hrs and more starting from allocated dep time from vko, acft parking fee will be a four fold rate totally
United Kingdom
The UK Department for Transportation (DFT) will postpone implementation of the UK’s EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) program. The European Commission has been repeatedly delayed in its work to stand up the program, so government officials in the UK plan to wait until at least three months after the European Commission completes its work before moving forward on the program. The commission is expected to have its preparations completed by mid-August, but this deadline may also be missed. France
Beginning August 1, 2009, aircraft (airline and private aviation companies) crew members of American nationality are exempt from the short-stay visa requirement to enter France. This provision applies to all French territories.

Before The Trip Begins
- Gather information about the trip.
- Identify special passenger requests.
- Analyze the trip.
- Obtain required documents.
- Present the flight plan to the customer.
During The Trip
- Maintain constant customer contact.
- Take care of any trip changes.
- Resolve any ground handling issues.
- Provide customs and weather updates.
- Provide updates on sports scores (for avid fans).
After The Trip
- Obtain feedback from the crew.
- Ensure all passenger requests have been accommodated.
- Provide a detailed invoice to the client.
