Latin America

  • Mexico – Non Revenue (Pt91) flights into Mexico require landing permits. Ensure your Service Provider has obtained one or made arrangements to have one issued upon arrival.
  • Most countries in Latin America require advance copies of Aircraft Documents and Pilot License and Medical Certificates. Please ensure you have provided copies to your Service Provider in advance.
  • U.S. citizens need a U.S. Treasury Dept. license in order to engage in any transactions related to travel to and within Cuba (this includes the use of U.S. currency). Before planning any travel to Cuba, U.S. citizens should contact the Licensing Division, Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of Treasury.
