Mexican and Czech citizens require visa for entry as July 15 2009 AIP CANADA (ICAO) SUPPLEMENT 21 / 09 (VANCOUVER 2010 WINTER GAMES)
The 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games will take place over an eight-week period during the months of February and March, 2010. This AIP Canada (ICAO) Supplement explains the airspace structure as well as the operating rules and procedures that will be in place during the Games.

Telluride Regional Airport (KTEX) closed from April 7 to November 2, 2009 for runway improvements. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will host the G-20 Summit September 24-25, 2009. President Obama will chair this meeting of leaders from countries around the world who will review the progress made since the Washington and London Summits and discuss further actions to assure a sound and sustainable recovery from the global financial and economic crisis. TFR will be issued closer to date of summit.

Before The Trip Begins
- Gather information about the trip.

- Analyze the trip.
- Obtain required documents.
- Present the flight plan to the customer.

- Maintain constant customer contact.
- Take care of any trip changes.
- Resolve any ground handling issues.
- Provide customs and weather updates.
- Provide updates on sports scores (for avid fans).
After The Trip
- Obtain feedback from the crew.
- Ensure all passenger requests have been accommodated.
- Provide a detailed invoice to the client.
